British historian Ian Brittain has written a very good overview of the Games on his Paralympic Anorak website.You can find photos from the 1992 Madrid Games that are owned by or donated to Paralympics Australia here. These images are licensed under Creative Commons and are free to use, if you acknowledge the source and ownership of the images.

The National Library has recorded an oral history interview with Adrienne Smith, the first CEO of the Australian Paralympic Federation, who talked about the Madrid Games. An interview with Robyn Smith is planned.
