Members of the Australian medical team at the Atlanta 1996 Paralympic Games enjoy a moment away from treating athletes. The quality of the medical support services available to the Team was a contributing factor in its success. For Atlanta, the Australian Paralympic Federation made significant strides in providing athletes with the same level of services as their able-bodied colleagues received.
