Australian athletes Amy Winters and Tim Matthews with their food selections, in the dining hall at the Atlanta 1996 Paralympic Games. The food in the Village dining hall was criticised for lacking fresh vegetables and salads and – towards the end of the Games – for running out of some food entirely. Winters and Matthews each seem to have covered the basic food groups: red, yellow, brown and white.
